The HMCCC Terms of Reference (ToR) define the purpose, scope, structure, and operating principles of the committee.

 

The ToR will be reviewed by the HMCCC every two years or as required, with any amendments to be agreed by consensus. An independent review of the HMCCC will be undertaken every three years, or at an earlier stage if agreed by the HMCCC and Rex.
